1. Subscription Plans — Refund Policy

Nexova ke subscription plans (Silver, DSP, BCP) digital services hain jo activation pe immediately deliver ho jaati hain. Isliye:

Activation ke baad koi refund nahi milega
Payment karne se pehle sab terms carefully read karein
Free account se pehle try kar sakte hain

2. Exceptions — Jab Refund Milega

Following exceptional cases mein refund consider kiya jaayega:

Technical error ki wajah se double payment ho gayi ho
Service activate nahi hui aur 72 hours se zyada ho gaye
Nexova ki side se major service failure
Unauthorized transaction (subject to investigation)

3. Professional Service Fees

Tax filing, company registration jaise services ke liye:

Work shuru hone se pehle: Full refund
Work in progress: Partial refund (completed work deducted)
Service completed: No refund
Government fees kabhi refundable nahi hote

4. Refund Process

Refund request ke liye: hello@nexova.in pe email karo subject "Refund Request — [Order ID]" ke saath. 5-7 business days mein review hoga. Approved refund 7-10 working days mein original payment method pe aayega.
